就昆明医学院与地州卫生学校联合举办初中起点五年一贯制专科教育近3年多的探索和实践,针对五年一贯制专科教育的内涵和特点及特殊的优势,提出联合办学是最佳的办学行式;采取对专业教学计划的编修及教学管理的规范、责权的明确等措施,确保了培养目标的顺利实现.认为五年一贯制医学专科教育是高等医学教育模式中和种新的尝试,尚存在一些有待进一步探索和解决的问题,但此举毕竟为医学类五年一贯制专科教育首先探索了一条新路.相信在不久的将来,必将出现蓬勃发展的好势头.

Based on the exploration and practice of five-year specialized education held cooperatively by Kunming medical college and medical schools in the cities in recent three years and the connotation, features and special advantages of it, this essay suggests that cooperative schooling is the best form in five-year specialized education, and that it can make sure that cultivation goal will be achieved by taking the measures of revising in-struction plan of specialty, regulating instruction management and clarifying the duty and power, etc. On the whole, five-year medical specialized education is a new model in higher medical education, and there must be some problems needing exploring and resolving. However, this schooling form provides a new way to hold five-year medical specialized education. We believe that it will have a bright future in the following days.
