摘要
本文首次利用傅里叶红外光谱对翠云草全草和兖州卷柏叶、茎及根的红外光谱图进行了对比研究。结果表明:由于它们所含的化学成分不同和相对含量的差异,其红外光谱的吸收峰的位置和强度均有不同,它们具有各自的特征谱,为药用蕨类植物鉴定提供了科学依据。
The differences in IR spectra of the whole Hooked spikemoss grass and samples from leaf, stem and root of Selaginella involvens were studied and discussed in this paper. The resuits indicated that the position and intensity of the absorbance peak of FTIR varied because there were differences between the chemical component and the content of the different parts of the plant. Which was meaningful for identifying the medicine herb of fern by its own characteristic spectrum.
