摘要
目的:比较X综合征和心脏神经症在临床特点及焦虑情绪方面的差别。方法:对19名心脏X综合征和49名心脏神经症患者临床资料和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分进行比较分析。结果:X综合征患者高胆固醇血症发病率高于心脏神经官能症组[52.6%∶24.5%](P<0.05)。心脏神经官能症组HAMA评分高于X综合征组[(14.76±5.94)分∶(11.26±5.94)分](P<0.05)。结论:血脂代谢异常可能是X综合征的病因;焦虑情绪躯体化可能是心脏神经官能症患者胸痛的原因。
Objective：To explore clinical characters and anxiety between patients suffered from cardiac syndrome X and cardiac neurosis. Methods： Clinical information and score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） were compared between 19 patients with cardiac syndrome X （group A） and 49 patients with cardiac neurosis （group B）. Results： The incidence of hypercholesteraemia of group A was significantly higher than that of group B [53.6% ： 24.5 %] （P〈 0. 05） . The HAMA score of group B was significantly higher than that o1 group A [ （14. 76± 5.94） ： （11.26 ±5.94） scores] （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The disorder of lipid metabolism may be pathogeny of syndrome X. Somatization of anxiety may be pathogeny of patients with cardiac neurosis.
