摘要
提出了用N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法进行镍氢电池电化学浸渍溶液高含量钴的测定,建立了钴的最佳测定条件,并对样品消化处理条件和干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该方法具有灵敏度高、重现性好、方法步骤简单、操作容易掌握、干扰少等优点。其方法的相对标准偏差均小于1.0%。加入回收率均为97.0%~99.0%范围内,达到了实验室的仪器分析质量与质量控制要求。
The application of N2O-C2 H2 flame Atomic absorption spectrometer to determine the high content Cobalt in electrochemical Impregnating solution in nickel hydrogen battery is studied, This paper introduces the optimum testing conditions for high content Cobalt ,the range in which a fine liner range presents, and a comprehensive consideration to interference factors. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference, good selectivity and reproducibility. The relative standard deviations are all less than 1.0% (n= 6)in six sample testing and the standard adding recovery is in the range of 97.0 % - 99.0% (n= 6). The practice shows that the method is fully suitable to test high content Cobalt in Impregnating solution of electrochemistry in nickel hydrogen battery.
