菲牛蛭中脂肪酸和氨基酸的分析

Analysis of the Amino Acids and fatty acids of Hirudinaria manillensis Lesson

采用气相色谱/质谱法和高效液相色谱,对菲牛蛭中的脂肪酸和氨基酸成分及含量进行了分析。结果表明菲牛蛭含有16种脂肪酸和18种氨基酸,其中所含的不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的34.05%;人体必需的7中氨基酸占氨基酸总量的28.16%.

This article regarded Hirudinaria manillensis lesson as raw materials , determining to analyses on the fatty acids, amino acid and contents by GC/MS, HPLC respectively. The result indicated that Hirudinaria manillensis Lesson contained sixteen kinds of fatty acids, and unsaturated fatty acids took the proportion of 34.05%. Seven essential amino acids of the eighteen kinds of amino acids were determined and take the proportion of 28.16%.
