摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定N—苯基-2,6-二氯苯胺合成反应的终点。方法:采用Shim-PackCLS-ODS色谱柱(15cm×6mm,5μm);甲醇—水(80:20)为流动相;紫外检测波长254nm。结果:N—苯基—2,6-二氯苯胺与2,6-二氯苯胺在3.22~9.67μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为100.6%,RSD二1.8%。结论:方法简单可行,迅速准确。
Objective: To establish a method for The end-point Determmation of N-Phenyl-2,6- dichloroaniline Synthesis Reaction By HPLC. Methods : A Shim-Pack CLS-ODS column(15cm×6mm), 5μm) was used; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(80: 20). The detcting wavelength was at 254nm. Result: The liner range of N-Phenyl-2, 6-dichloroaniline and 2,6-dichloroaniline was within 3.22~9.67μg. The average recovery was 100. 6% RSD was 1.8% (n= 5), Conclusion: The mothed simple, rapid and accurate.
