摘要 本文采用硝酸-高氯酸处理样品,以氢化物发生原子荧光谱法测定婴幼儿奶粉中硒的含量,方法检出限为0.2μg/L,在0~150μg/L范围内线性相关系数0.9995,样品加标回收率92.5%~105.8%,相对标准偏差为5.6%。 A method for quantitative determination of Selenium in infant milk powder by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. The limit of detection was 0.2 ug/L,the recovery rates were 92.5 % - 105. 8 %;linear calibration curve for Arsenic were measured within the range of 0-150 ug/L and the correlative coefficient was 0. 9995;the coefficient of variation for sample detection Was 5.6 %.
