Take the Evaluation as the Turning Point to Enhance the Construction of the Teaching Administrative Staff

教育部在《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案》中将教学管理作为一项重要指标单列出来,可见教学管理在学校管理工作中具有非常重要的地位。本文就我校教学管理人员在教学管理工作中存在的若干问题进行了分析,并初步探讨了加强教学管理人员队伍建设的建议及对策。

Teaching administratioin plays a very important role in college,which is regarded as an important target and listed separately in 《The Evaluation Plan of Undergraduated Teaching Level in Ordinary Universities》 by Education Ministry.This article analyzes some problems of teaching administration among the teaching administrative staff in the college,and initially probes into the suggestion for enhancing the construction of the teaching administrative staff and the countermeasures .
