对小组社会工作中违规行为的思考

Reflection on Breach of Rules in Group's Social Work

小组社会工作在中国刚刚起步,人们对其中的规范、原则不了解,同时小组工作所必需的游戏、活动数量少,而实用化、生活化的更少。所以在小组活动中违规现象时有发生,影响小组活动的开展,不利于案主的教育、治疗、成长。本文结合在现实中开展的小组活动,对小组工作中违规行为产生的原因及对策做了一些思考。

Group＇s social work has just started in China, which is not well known all over the country. People have little ideas about the rules and principles in it. Meanwhile, the amount of games and activities required is very little, not to mention the practical ones that are more close to life, thus making the breach of rules taking place now and then, which may influence the activity itself and have bad effects on education, cure, and growth. With the experiences in reality, the authors have reflected on the reasons of those phenomena and the countermeasures to deal with the problems.
