摘要
教学资源库是高校信息化建设的重要组成部分。鉴于高校现有教学资源库的不足,笔者提出了建设科学、合理的资源库应遵循的原则,并就资源库的内容规划、开发技术选择和评价等问题作出了探讨。
Teaching resources base is a very important component of the construction of informationalization in institutions of higher education. To overcome the shortages of current bases, in this paper some basic principles on the construction of teaching resources base in universities are proposed. Then this paper further explores the content planning, development technology choice and assessment of the teaching resources base.
