摘要
镀55%铝锌钢卷的铝锌合金结构是由55%铝、43.4%锌与1.6%硅在600℃高温下固化而组成。其整体结构由铝、铁、硅、锌形成致密的四元结晶体,此结晶体在钢板上形成一层屏障,因此能有效地防止腐蚀因子穿透。
The aluminum-zinc alloy for 55%Al-Zn alloy-coated steel coils consists of 55% aluminum,43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, solidified at 600℃ high temperature. The whole structure is a quaternary Al-Fe- Si-Zn compound which becomes a protection layer on the steel to prevent penetration of corrosive factors effectively.
