基于LabVIEW的两风机功率数据采集系统的开发与应用

摘要 介绍一种基于虚拟仪器技术的风机功率自动测试系统。该系统采用图形化编程语言LabVIEW语言设计,能够实现对两风机主轴转速、功率的同时测量,并能实现数据的自动采集、保存、处理。该自动测试系统信号采集与信号处理相分离,其应用范围广。 In accordance with the present status of measure of fan with burdensome in labors, low in accuracy and backward in testing method, auto-testing system for fan performance was required, in this paper, a computer-aided testing system was presented for fan performance based on LabVIEW. with this system , the horsepower of blower performance testing become more easily and it had automatic data acquisition , storage and disposal, by the researches of VI it was proved that this way of measuring was reliable and effective. Because the system was composed by wireless data acquisition and the modules of SCXI, a wide applicant was pointed out in the end.
