摘要
激励在人力资源管理中有着极为重要的作用,双因素理论作为内容型激励理论的一种,对现代人力资源管理有着重要的指导意义,文章依据双因素理论,结合当前企业员工激励的实际情况,针对保健因素和激励因素的作用机理介绍了一系列企业员工激励的具体方式。
Inspiration take the most important effect in human resource management. Double factors theory as one of the content inspiration theory has important instruction signification to modern human resource management. This article is according to double factors theory and combines enterprise employee inspirit examples and introduces a series of enterprise employee inspirit concretely method. It aimed at effect principle of health care factor and inspirit factor.
