从20世纪90年代后期开始,为了确立竞争优势,越来越多的企业引入ERP(企业资源系统)。河南某股份公司通过实施ERP的实践,取得了显著的成效,奠定了企业财务管理进步的长远基础,本文对河南某股份公司通过实施ERP对企业财务管理系统及会计人员角色的影响进行了总结。并对完善ERP在财务管理中的作用提出了构想。

In order to establish advantage in competition, an increasing number of enterprises has introduced Enterprise Resource Planning into business management from the last stage of 90＇s in 20th century. Through the practice of implementing ERP in Henan Nashi Scientific and Technological joint stock Limited Corporation, the acting force of implementing ERP in business finance management has been expatiated in this test. The viewpoint that ERP is not only a set of project software but also a managerial revolution, and the notion of improving the effect of ERP for business finance management have been proposed.
