资源型城市转型问题已经成为社会经济发展中的一个令人关注的问题。山西省柳林县作为一个煤炭资源型城市在发展过程中必将面临煤炭资源型城市转型的问题。本文在系统分析转型必然性的基础上,提出了煤炭资源型城市的转型建议。

Transition of the resource - oriented cities is a problem during the development of social economy. Shanxi Liulin, as a coal - oriented city, will face the problem of transition. This paper puts forward some transiting suggestions, which are based on the systematic analysis of necessity of transition.
