青春期糖尿病鼠体重和器官重量变化的比较

Comparison of the body and organ weight in pubertal rats with diabetes

雄性Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠４０只，４０日龄，分为对照组（Ｃ），胰岛素及时治疗糖尿病（ＤＣＩＲ），胰岛素延迟治疗糖尿病（ＤＤＩＲ）和糖尿病（Ｄ）组。观察６０ｄ。结果表明：Ｄ组的体重增长率，心、肝、脾、肺、肾重量显著低于Ｃ组；胰岛素及时治疗明显优于延迟治疗，但除肺、肾外，其余指标仍未达到Ｃ组水平。

Forty male Wistar rats of forty days old were divided into control(C),diabetes with continuous insulin replacement (DCIR),diabetes with delayed insulin replacement (DDIR),diabetes (D) groups,and observed for 60 days.The results showed:the rate of increased body weight,and the organ weight of heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney in D were significantly lower than that in C,the effect of continuous insulin replacement was obviously better than that of delayed insulin replacement.
