摘要
当前电子提花机控制系统开发普遍采用PC/104工控板,文章在分析电子提花机控制系统与电磁阀驱动工作原理的基础上,针对PC/104工控板的I/O扩展普遍采用8255等芯片的设计方式,提出了一种基于PC/104和CPLD的电子提花机控制系统解决方案。控制系统中使用Altera公司的CPLD芯片,完成了PC/104总线和CPLD之间以及CPLD与电磁阀驱动板之间接口设计及其应用软件设计。最后对设计结果进行了仿真和分析。
Based on analyzing the operating principle of electronic jacquarder control system and electromagnetically operated valve, the paper puts forward a solution of the electronic jacquarder control system based on PC/104 and CPLD in view of the current jacquard control system design ways that often use the PC/104 and expand the PC/104's I/O using 8255 or other chips. In the control system using Altera Corporation's CPLD chip, the system accomplishes interface design and application software design between the PC/104 and CPLD as well as CPLD and electromagnetically operated value drive hoard. Finally the simulation is designed and the simulation result is analyzed.
