性别、年龄和听力损害程度与突发性聋患者耳鸣症状相关性分析

Association of sex,age and hearing loss severity with tinnitus among cases with sudden sensorineural hearing loss

目的分析突发性聋患者耳鸣症状与其性别、年龄和听力损害程度等因素的相关性。方法采用列联表χ2检验和Logistic回归分析方法,对242例住院治疗的突发性聋病例进行统计分析,探讨影响耳鸣症状的相关因素。结果不同性别间耳鸣发生率差异不明显。Logistic回归分析表明,不同年龄患者的耳鸣发生差异P=0.024,优势比^OR=0.956(95%置信区间为0.919-0.994),上限、下限均小于1,而不同听力损害水平的耳鸣发生差异χ2=6.060,P=0.109。本组患者耳鸣发生率为93.80%。结论突发性聋患者听力损害程度和性别对耳鸣的发生率无明显影响。随着年龄的增长,患者的耳鸣发生率下降。

Objective To investigate the correlation of such factors as sex, age and the severity of hearing loss with the symptom of tinnitus among the cases with sudden sensorineural hearing loss （SSHL）. Methods A retrospective study was made among 242 hospitalized SSHL cases in our Hospital to identify the possible associating impacting factors with the incidence of symptom tinnitus for this lesion, based on a comprehensive procedures by use of the methods of Cross-table x^2 test and Logistic regression analysis. Results The total incidence of tinnitus was 93.80% in this group of cases. However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of tinnitus among the cases of different sexes. As suggested by Logistic regression analysis, SSHL cases in different ages showed that the incidence difference of tinnitus held a statistic result of P = 0.024,with a ratio of ^↑OR = 0.956 and a 95% confidence interval of 0.919- 0.994 being all less than 1 at its either upper or lower limits, while it was shown x^2 = 6.060, P = 0.10, for the association of differences in tinnitus incidence with heating loss levels. Conclusions There are no definite association for such factors as hearing loss levels and the ages of SSHL cases with the incidence difference of tinnitus. In contrast, it may be true that the tinnitus incidence will decrease with the age of patients growing.
