复方桔梗散治疗慢性咽炎的临床观察

Prospective research on treatment of chronic pharyngitis with Compound Platylodon Root Pouchy Tea

目的观察复方桔梗散袋泡剂治疗慢性咽炎的疗效。方法自2002年6月～2005年11月慢性咽炎患者1004例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予复方桔梗散袋泡剂治疗,对照组予复方硼砂溶液含漱,疗程均为2周。结果治疗组的总有效率为87.3%,对照组为68.1%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方桔梗散袋泡剂治疗慢性咽炎有确切疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Compound Platylodon Root Pouchy Tea on chronic pharyngitis.Methods 1004 cases with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups, 502 of which were treated by Compound Platylodon Root Pouchy Tea, served as treating group, and another 502 cases treated by borax compound solution, served as the control. The therapy lasted for 14 days for all the cases in both groups. And then the therapeutic effects were compared. Results The effective rates of TG and CG were 87.3 % and 68.1% respectively. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Compound Platylodon Root Pouchy Tea for chronic pharyngitis is reliable without severe side effect.
