Wu Fang-ji is a first class patriotic poet, literary critic and educator as well as a brilliant trailblazer and innovator during the May Fourth Movement of 1919. The spectacular achievement for Wu Fang- ji is his poetry. There are many original views on his poetry reform, poetry contents and the requirements of poetry art, especially for the analyses of poetry creation. As an educator, he had many unique views not only on the education of moral awareness, the view of esteem of the seniors and teachers, but also on the professional teaching methodology. His theories can be used in the literature creation and modem education for reference in the present time.
