应用Q开关-YAP激光治疗膜性白内障

Treatment of membrane cataract by Q-switched YAP laser

作者应用中国科学院应用化学研究所自行研制的Ｑ开关－ＹＡＰ激光机，治疗由外伤引起各种膜性白内障３２只眼，均获得满意疗效，７８．１％视力有不同程度提高，无一例下降。激光治疗后的主要并发症为一过性眼压升高，经药物治疗后均可控制，无一例出现前房出血及葡萄膜炎等并发症。

eyes of membrane cataract were treated with the domestic Q-switched YAP laser.The success rate was 100% and the visual improving rate after treatment came up to 78.1%.The main complication was IOP elevation which responded well to medical treatment.Iris bleeding and anterior uveitis were not found.
