摘要
γ－亚麻酸是人体中不可缺少的一种多不饱和脂肪酸，是合成前列腺素的前体物质，对人体的机体代谢起着十分重要的作用，在营养学和药理学上已引起了人们的普遍关注。螺旋藻是γ－亚麻酸最有前途的来源之一。
γ linolenic acid is a necessary polyunsaturated fatty acid for humman body.It is a prostaglandin precursor and plays an important role in the metabolism of human body.It has caused a universal concern in nutriology and pharmacolog.Spirulina is one of the most prospective source of γ linolenic acid.This paper presented a review on the role of γ linolenic acid and its production by spirulina.
