摘要
运用法律特质词分类法考查了大学生对法律概念的理解。结果表明,大学生对法律概念的认知分为5个因素:(1)涉法人员(含行为),法律条规,司法机关;(2)犯罪与惩罚;(3)法律功能和法律主旨;(4)执法要求;(5)宏观范畴。不同性别的大学生对法律概念的认知包含不同的结构和内容。
The study explored the Conception of Law of University Students by using word list method. The results showed that the cognitive factor structure included 5 principle components:1) the legal personnel (included behavior), laws and regulations and legal organization; 2)commit and punishment; 3)the function of the law; 4)the legal requirement; 5)the grand category. There is difference of the structure and content between sexual factor.
