摘要 目的:考查鬼针草总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法及聚酰胺吸附分离法,以提取物中总黄酮含量为指标,考察鬼针草的提取工艺;并应用分光光度法测定提取物中总黄酮含量。结果:鬼针草的提取工艺为每次加10倍的水量,提取2次,每次提取60min,所得提取液中的总黄酮含量最高;并应用聚酰胺吸附分离其中的总黄酮,所得提取物中总黄酮的相对含量为最高。结论:应用水提、聚酰胺吸附分离法提取鬼针草中的总黄酮,方法可行。 OBJECTIVE To study the optimum extraction technique off total flavo-noids in Biden bipinnata L.. METHODS To select the optimum extraction technique for Biden bipinnata L. , Totol flavonoids extracted with orthogonal design and by polycaprolactam, adsorption method. Total flavo-noids in Biden bipinnata L. Were determined using UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS The optimum process off water-decoction was to add 10 times amount off water, decocting for 2 times, 60 minutes each time. The lever of total flavo-noids in hyperin was the highest, The lever of total flavo-noids in extracting agent was the highest using polycaprolactam. CONCLUSION To extract off flavo-noids from Biden bipinnata L. using water-dococting and polycaprolactam, the method is feasible.
