摘要
针对1220冷连轧机高速生产过程中的划痕问题,在首次引入划痕综合判断指标新概念的基础上,探讨了划痕产生的机理,并分析了轧制速度、压下规程、张力制度、工作辊辊粗糙度等因素对划痕的影响,对于指导生产实践、治理划痕具有重要的实际意义。
Aimed to the scratch marks produced on the process of high-speed production of 1220 tandem cold mill and on the base of introducing a new concept that is about a synthetic judgment index of scratch mark , this thesis researches the mechanics of scratch mark produced and analyses the effect factor of scratch mark such as rolling speed, depress rules, tension system and surface roughness of work roll, which has important practical significance for the pioduct experience and the scratch mark＇s treatment .
