热轧R2万向接轴铜滑块的磨损研究与对策

Investigation and Countermeasure of the Wear of the R2 Coupling Copper Slide Block of Hot Strip Mill

采用金相分析方法,对热轧机万向接轴内铜滑块的磨损现象进行了定量分析。证明了该铜滑块的磨损主要是由于润滑条件被破坏而导致,采取了相应的改进措施,有效地延长了铜滑块的使用寿命。

Using metallographic method, the wear of the coupling copper slide block of hot strip mill qualitatively studied. It has been proved that the main reason of the wearing was the destruction of the lubrication. Suitable technique was used effectively prolonging the life-span of the copper slide block.
