摘要
随着油雾润滑技术在生产实践中的广泛应用,给生产、操作及维护带来了很多方便的同时,也给企业带来了长远的经济效益。但是油雾润滑采用的是喷雾方法来实现润滑,由于油雾的弥散性.不可避免的,有部分油雾扩散到空气中,造成环境污染。利用离心的方法,设计出油雾回收装置,通过电机带动叶轮旋转,从而使油雾与叶轮碰撞,凝聚成较大颗粒的油滴,在离心力的作用下,将油滴抛向回收装置侧壁,凝成油液后排出。通过实验数据及分析结果可知,这种方法回收残余油雾的效果是显著的。
The technology of oil-mist lubrication is widely used in industry, and this technology makes much conveniences to operation and maintenance, it also brings long-term economy benefits to the enterprises, but at the same time, there is a large amount of oil-mist diffusing into the air, that pollutes the environment. In order to solve this problem, people use many methods to reduce the residual oil-mist. This paper will discuss the centrifugal method to design the equipment to collect the residual oil-mist. When the impeller cycles with motor, oil-mist impinges on it and becomes bigger in diameter, With the help of the centrifugal force, the oil particles is thrown against the collector wall, then the oil drain is formed. The testing result proves that this kind of collecting technic works well.
