摘要 大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维(简称大豆纤维)对纯碱的稳定性较好。虽然烧碱处理未改变纤维结晶结构的规整性,但使织物强力发生了一定程度的降低,并导致未缩醛化聚乙烯醇组分因可能的氧化变性而黄变。烧碱处理对纤维可染性的影响因染料种类不同而有所不同。碱处理后纤维失重系大豆蛋白碱水解所致,合理地控制染整加工中的碱浓度和温度,可避免大豆纤维的损伤。 The soybean protein/polyvinyl alcohol blend fibers had poor resistance to caustic soda and good stability to soda ash. Though the crystalline structure of fibers was not changed by caustic treatment, the tensile strength was decreased to some extent and the yellowing occurred which was possibly caused by the oxidation denaturation of polwinyl alcohol component. The effect of caustic treatment on the dyeability of fibers depended on dye categories. The weight loss of fibers during alkaline treatment was caused by the hydrolysis of soybean protein. The loss of soybean protein could be avoided through properly controlling the alkali concentration and temperature of wet processing.
