摘要
基于印染企业回用污水工程实例,对轻度污染的印染洗涤废水进行分流处理回用,建立了回用水的盐度积累模型,证明了该模型的收敛性与正确性,并求取其极限值。通过对回用水中的盐类进行质量衡算,并分析盐度积累模型中盐度极限与回用率之间的关系,表明回用水中,盐的积累有规律可循,且存在着积累的极限,其极限值与回用率η成正相关关系。
Based on the real example of effluents recycling in dyeing and finishing enterprise, treatment and reuse of low polluted washing effluents were carried out. The accumulation model of salt for recycling of washing effluents was established, its convergence and accuracy were proved, and the value of limit was calculated. Quality of salt in reused water was accounted. The relation between the value of limit and recycle rate was analyzed in order to decide an economical recycle rate in effluents reuse project.
