摘要
随着中国市场经济的不断深化,企业竞争日趋激烈,人力资源作为最具活力、最具发展前景、最具收益的战略资源,成为企业参与竞争和谋求发展的主导因素。而民营中小企业却在这个关键问题上陷入了尴尬的境地,没有扎实的人力资源基础是很多企业长不大的根本原因。文中简要介绍了民营中小企业人力资源管理方面的问题,包括人员招聘、培训、薪酬管理、绩效考核、激励措施、社会福利等方面,并提出了相关建议。
As market economy develops in China, competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly intense. As a strategic resource with great vitality, promising prospect for development and good economic returns, human resources have become the leading factors the enterprises compete for. However, in this very respect, small- and medium-sized private enterprises are in a dilemma. Lack of adequate human resources as the foundation is the fundamental cause for the fact that many small- and medium-sized private enterprises cannot grow and develop properly. This article makes a brief introduction of the problems in human resource management for small- and medium-sized private enterprises, including personnel employment and training, salary management, performance evaluation, incentives, social welfare.
