The paper through the introduction about the origin and the development of leisure fishery, has analyzed the status of leisure fishery in Heilongjiang Province, by discussing advantages and problem for further development of the leisure fishery, some corresponding countermeasures to developed the leisure fishery vigorously in Heilongjiang Province were elaborated.
