Study on the Relationship of Serum BLyS Levels in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘要 目的研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清B淋巴细胞刺激因子(BLyS)水平,并探讨其与其它临床指标的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测正常对照组(30例)和SLE患者组(37例)血清BLyS水平。结果SLE患者血清BLyS水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论SLE患者BLyS水平升高,提示BLyS可能与SLE的发病有关。 Objective To determine serum B lymphocyte stimulator（BLyS） levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）,and investigate the relationship between serum BLyS levels and other clinical data, Methods Serum BLyS levels was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）in patients with 37 SLE and 30 healthy volunteers. Results Serum BLyS levels in patients with SLE was significantly increased compared to healthy controls（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The BLyS level is significantly elevated in SLE patients,which suggests that BLyS might be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.
