摘要 晶状体射流乳化技术(aqualase)是一种全新的晶状体乳化技术,它利用温热的盐水脉冲对晶状体进行乳化吸除,具有手术切口小,术中无热损伤等优点。下面就这种新技术的原理、优缺点及其发展前景作一综述。 Aqualase is a new technique of removing lens material. It mainly depends on generating 4 microliter pulses of warmed BSS. It has some advantages of small injure and no thermal damage etc, because it's very friendly to the cornea endoth-um cell and capsule etc. This article aims to review this new technique.
