Aqualase is a new technique of removing lens material. It mainly depends on generating 4 microliter pulses of warmed BSS. It has some advantages of small injure and no thermal damage etc, because it＇s very friendly to the cornea endoth-um cell and capsule etc. This article aims to review this new technique.
