随着白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的日臻完美及人工晶状体技术的不断进步,非球面人工的出现为白内障患者术后获得更好的视觉效果带来了福音。本文通过对非球面人工晶状体的设计原理、发展历程、选择依据、材质比较、临床研究等多方面探讨,全面地分析总结了非球面人工晶状体,并对其未来发展进行展望。

With the advancement of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation （IOLs） and the improvement of IOLs technical, aspheric IOLs can produce better visual quality. Through the investigation on the design, development, selection, materials and clinical researches of aspheric IOLs, we held a complete analysis of aspheric lens and an astimation of it prospect in the present article.
