摘要 在视网膜发育过程中,bHLH转录因子起到了相当重要的作用。抑制型bHLH转录因子促进视网膜干细胞状态的维持和出生后视网膜胶质细胞的分化。而活化型bHLH转录因子的激活则促进神经元细胞的分化。另外,同源结构域转录因子也参与到这一过程。本文将对这些方面作一综述。 Basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factors are important regulators of retinal neurogenesis, bHLH repressors suppress bHLH activators and promote maintenance of progenitors and generation of glial cells. In contrast, bHLH activators promote neuronal differentiation. However, homeodomain factors are additionally required for neuronal subtype specification. Thus, combinations of proper bHLH and homeodomaln factors are required for neuronal subtype specification. In this review, we present an overview of the data leading to these conclusions.
