小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的应用研究

Application of small incision nonphacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation

目的:探讨巩膜隧道式小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术的手术效果及临床应用。方法:选择2002/2005对246例(256眼)白内障患者采用巩膜隧道式小切口白内障囊外摘除术,同时植入后房型人工晶状体。结果:246例(256眼)患者均达到了脱盲的目的,脱盲率达100%,脱残率达93.8%。取得了良好的效果。结论:巩膜隧道式小切口白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术效果好、安全、经济,适宜于暂无超乳设备的医院和基层医院开展。

AIM： To study the effects of tunnel small incision cataract extraction associated with intraocular lens implantation （IOP）. METHODS： From 2002 to 2005, 246 patients （256 eyes） underwent tunnel small incision cataract extraction associated with IOP. RESULTS： All patients were out of blindness. The rehabilitated rate of blindness reached 100% .and the rehabilitated rate of low vision reached 93.8%. CONCLUSION： The tunnel small incision cataract extraction associated with IOP is effective, safe and economical. Therefore it can be used in basic hospitals and those without phacoemulsification fadlities.
