摘要
近年来,我国眼科学教学改革取得了令人瞩目的成绩。在教学中引入了循证医学的观念,重视创新思维和素质教育。教学模式从以教师为中心转化为以学生为中心,推行“以问题为基础的学习”方法。教学内容进一步优化,教学手段多样化。多媒体计算机辅助教学,数据库系统,计算机图像处理系统,虚拟现实,互联网等多种现代教育技术在眼科教学中广泛应用。在大课教学和见习教学中进行了多种教学方法的改革。但在高校扩招的新的教学形势下,教学设备、能提供的患者及病种数量远远不能满足教学的需要,教学质量有下滑的趋势。本文对我国眼科学教学改革的现状与展望作一综述。
In recent years, there has been obvious improvement in ophthalmological teaching reform in China. Evidence-based medicine (EBM) and problem based learning (PBL) have been used in teaching. Teachers emphasize creative thinking and quality education. Teaching mode has been transferred from teachers-center to students-center. Many modern teaching technidans have been applied, including computer assisted instruction (CAI), database system, computer image processing system, virtual reality and internet. Many teaching method reforms have been performed in classroom teaching and dinic novidate. But under the new condition of increasing enrollment scale,teaching equipments and patients can not afford the demands of teaching. There is a trend of deadline of teaching quality. This article summarizes Today and future of ophthalmological teaching reform in China.
