超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗青光眼合并白内障

Phacoemulsfication combined with trabeculectomy in treating glaucoma complicated with cataract

目的:观察超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法:采用上方巩膜瓣隧道切口对26例(28眼)青光眼合并白内障患者行三联手术。结果:术后随访3mo～1a,28眼术后视力均有不同程度提高,术后滤过泡分类:Ⅰ,Ⅱ型功能滤过泡占88%,Ⅲ型滤过泡占15%。术后前房反应,大多数前房炎性反应轻微,前房有不同程度加深,但有6眼有纤维渗出及出血,经治疗吸收。结论:超声乳化联合小梁切除手术可有效治疗青光眼合并白内障患者。

AIM： To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsfication combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract. METHODS： Triple operation was performed through the upper sclera tunnel incision on 28 eyes of 26 cases with glaucoma complicated with cataract. RESULTS： During the follow-up of 3 month to i year, the 28 eyes showed various improvement in vision. As for thepost-operative filtering bleb, type Ⅰ and Ⅱ functional filtering bleb accounted for 88% and type Ⅲ filtering bleb 15%. Most of the operated eyes showed mild inflammation in their front chamber with deepened front chamber, except six eyes with fibrous exudates and hyphema disappearing after treatment. CONCLUSION： Phacoemulsfication combined with trabeculectomy is effective in treating glaucoma complicated with cataract.
