视网膜母细胞瘤的临床特点和治疗分析

The clinical features and therapeutic measures of retinoblastoma

目的：探讨视网膜母细胞瘤的临床特点以及治疗措施。方法：19例（20只眼）患者临床诊断为视网膜母细胞瘤（retinoblastoma，RB），对其中15例（15只眼）视网膜母细胞瘤患者施行眼球摘除术病例进行回顾与追综观察，分析治疗效果。结果：术后临床随访观察5个月～6年，未见肿瘤复发。结论：对临床上已确诊且尚未发生眼外转移的视网膜母细胞瘤患者，手术治疗在目前仍然不失为疗效较为确定的治疗方法。

Objective To find out the clinical teatures and therapeutic measures of retinoblastoma. Meuthods 15 cases of retinoblastoma diagnosed and treated with ophthalrnectomy were followed up. A retrospective analysis of the clinical outcomes of the subjects was performed. Results There was no recurrence of retinoblastoma at a follow-up period from 5 months to 6 years. Conclusion Ophthalmectomy was an effective measure for retinoblastoma without carcinomatous metastasis at present.
