The Evolving Science of Translating Research Evidence into Clinical Practice

摘要 临床医生要进行临床实践，就不得不置身于临床研究证据的海洋之中，而这些证据在应用到个体病人时，其精确性、一致眭与适用性各不相同。人们期望医生紧跟时代步伐、权威且诊疗水平高。而工作环境则要求他们节约医疗成本，并对医疗保健的质量和安全负责，从而使病人的意愿与社会和职业期望相一致。
