上海输配电股份公司承接的第一个220kV电压等级变电站交钥匙工程总承包项目，建设工期极短，施工场地狭小，系统十分复杂。工程建设采取分段施工、分段验收、分段受电、分段投运获得成功。

Shanghai power transmission and distribution co., Itd carried on the first EPC project which was called 220kV- voltage - substation -equipment project. The construction location of the project is narrow, and the system is extremely complex. The project construction has processed successfully in the partition construction, the partition approval, the partition receiving electricity and the partition transportation.
