详细介绍了一种新型加载器──液压控制摩擦式吸功器的结构、原理和主要参数，给出了其转矩容量和热容量的计算方法，并用实例说明了其如何应用。为低速大扭矩车辆整机和部件的试验研究提供了一条新的加载途径。
The principle, structure and specifications are presented of a new loading equip ment, hydraulic controlled friction dynamometer. Also presented are the calculating methode for torque and heat capacity of the dynamometer. Operation is interpreted with examples. This new dynamometer makes an additional loading method for test of low-speed,high torque vehicles and their components
