摘要
目的探讨基层医院应用应用小C臂X线机行经皮冠状动脉内支架置入术的可行性。方法48例冠心病患者造影显示至少1支冠状动脉狭窄程度≥75%,采用荷兰PHILIPS公司BV 300型小C臂X线机行冠状动脉内支架置入术。结果48例冠心病患者共发现52支冠状动脉病变,共置入支架59只,其中1例因多支病变置入5只支架,术后即刻冠状动脉造影显示病变段血管通畅良好,无残余狭窄。除3例患者术后出现穿刺部位血肿外无其他并发症,全部患者心绞痛等症状均较术前明显减轻或消失。结论对于冠心病患者应用小C臂X线机行经皮冠状动脉内支架置入术是一种安全有效的治疗方法,适合基层医院开展。
Objective To explore the possibility of coronary stent implantation by using the mobile digital imaging system( small-sized C-brachial X-ray machine) in primary hospital. Methods Coronary angiography showed that least one coronary artery was stenosis of more than or equal to 75% in all 48 patients with coronary heart disease. The PCI were all performed with small-sized C-brachial X-ray machine( type BV 300). Results Fifty-nine coronary stents were implanted in 48 patients, and one of them with multiple lesions was implanted 5 stents. Immediately after procedure satisfactory angiographic results were obtained without residual stenosis,and chest pain was relieved or disappeared in all cases. No major complications occurred except groin hematomas in 3cases. Conclusions The stenting with small-sized C-brachial X-ray machine ( BV 300) is safe,effective and practical for coronary heart disease in primary hospital.
