Research on Hygiene Status and Hygiene Monitor in Public Place

目的 探讨公共场所的卫生状况和卫生监测的合格水平。方法 选择广西南宁市2001-2005年八类公共场所做为研究对象．统一制定调查表格和方法．对八类公共场所的卫生监测、从业人员健康监护、卫生许可证持证情况等进行调查。结果 公共场所的卫生质量在2005年达到最高．合格率为93．5％；合格率最低的年份是2004年．合格率仅为83．6％。在5年中。共监测项目69230项．总体合格率为90．8％，但监测覆盖率呈现逐年下降趋势。2005年监测率仅为25．2％。5年的从业人员健康平均合格率达98．91％。结论 南宁市的公共场所卫生质量保持在较好水平．但近年来卫生监测的覆盖率逐年下降，值得关注。

Objective To discuss the eligibility level of hygiene Status and hygiene monitor in public places. Methods Select eight categories of public places in Guangxi Nanning from 2001 to 2005, draw up census paper and methods in the unified form, and conduct an investigation on hygiene monitor, health supervision of employees and condition of holding hygiene license. Results The hygienic quality of public place is at the peak in 2005 with 93. 5% qualification rate; the lowest qualification rate of year is at 2004 with 83.6% qualification rate. In 5 years, 69230 programs were monitored with 90.8% qualification rate, but coverage rate of monitor is on the decline with 25.2% monitor rate in 2005. In 5 years, average health qualification rate of employees is 98.91%. Conclusion Hygienic quality in public places of Nanning city is kept on the good level, however, in recent years, coverage rate of hygiene monitor has fallen year by year, which should be paid attention to.
