摘要
以成人高等教育教学质量的顾客满意度为研究对象,运用层次分析法确定了顾客满意度的指标体系,采用最小二乘法建立了成人高等教育教学质量的顾客满意度数学模型,并通过实证分析,证明了所建模型的正确性.该模型为评价和分析成人高等教育教学质量提供了理论依据和有效方法.
With customer satisfaction of teaching quality of adult education being research object, this paper has adopted AHP to make sure of the index system of customer satisfaction, and set up a mathematical model for customer satisfaction of teaching quality by least square algorithm. An empirical study has proved the accuracy of the model, which provides theoretical basis and effective methods for evaluation and analysis of customer satisfaction of teaching quality of adult education.
