摘要
目的通过唇颊面间接修复树脂贴面的设计、制作,应用于变色前牙及小范围牙体缺损的美容修复方法,追求少磨牙、固位佳、强度大、易于修理的美容修复效果,为牙科美容修复的设计提供新的、合理的选择方案。方法应用间接树脂体贴面修复变色牙。唇面均匀磨除0.3～0.5mm,终止线位于龈下0.5mm。印模后直接在石膏代型上制作贴面。用3MESPERelyXTMVeneer贴面粘接套装粘固。结果60个贴面经6～15个月观察,临床检查贴面的边缘适合性、颜色稳定性和脱落率等,总成功率96.67%。结论间接树脂修复贴面具有脱落率低,美观,耐磨损,抗着色及对牙龈组织无刺激的优点,是美容修复的一种经济、实用的较理想修复方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of indirect composite veneer on in the treatment of buccal labial surface of front tooth discolouration and small tooth defects for the purpose of small amount of preparation, good retention and good strength, easy recovered, and provide new and reasonable choice of design for the esthetic dental restoration. Method treated with indirec composite veneer on discolouring tooth. 0. 3 - 0.5 mm common amount of reduction, subgingival 0.5mm stop line. The veneer directly made on plaster cast. Cementation with 3M ESPE RelyXTM Veneer. Results Obsevated from 60 veneer during 6 - 15 months, checked in clinxic from marginaladaption and the color is stable, the successful rate is 96.67%. Conclusion： Indirect restorated composite veneer is a choiceof restoration with economyand practicality, which had the following advantages ： good retion, esthetic and high strength , antagonistic discolouration and no gigival injury,
