股骨颈骨折的X线特征分析与中医药治疗

ANALYSIS OF FEMORAL NECK FRACTURE X-RAY AND THE TREATMENT WITH CHINESE MEDICINE

目的分析临床上股骨颈骨折的X线特征,探求中医药治疗方案。方法选择56例外伤性股骨颈骨折患者,从骨折的部位、程度、骨折线形状、骨折后股骨所处位置、以及骨折端形态等方面的X线表现进行分析,并总结手术配合中医三期辩证用药治疗方案。结果股骨颈骨折根据分型不同各类型的比例有所差异,中西医结合方法对治疗本病有较好的效果,尤其是配合中药分期内服可以使病人临床症状得以迅速改善,骨折愈合率提高。结论临床上全面分析股骨颈骨折的X线特征可更详细的了解具体骨折情况,减少漏诊率,配合有效的中西医结合可以提高临床治愈率和中医药的针对性,为减少后遗症创造有利条件。

Objective To analyse X -ray features of femoral neck fracture in clinical, explore traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Methods We Chose 56 cases of traumatic femoral neck fracture. According to fracture site and extent , fracture line shape, femur location, fracture pattern, We analysed the X - ray. We concluded the treatment of surgery with traditional Chinese medicine. Results Under different type of femoral neck fracture, the proportion of various types were difference. The method of combining traditional and Western medicine treatment for the disease was very effective. Especially with oral Chinese medicine clinical symptoms were improved rapidly, and fracture healing rate increased. Conclusion Comprehensive analysis of femoral neck fracture X - ray in clinical can be a more detailed understanding of the characteristics of fracture, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Effective combination of Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical cure rate and create favorable conditions to reduce the sequelae.
