鼻唇沟皮瓣在鼻唇缺损修复中的应用

The application of a nasolabial sulcus flap in repairing defects of the nose and lip

目的探讨鼻唇缺损修复重建的一种方法,评价鼻唇沟瓣修复鼻唇缺损的临床应用价值。方法对12例患者应用鼻唇沟瓣修复其鼻唇部组织缺损。缺损部位包括鼻背、鼻尖、鼻翼、鼻面沟、上唇及下唇等,最大缺损面积约3.5cm×4.5cm。皮瓣沿鼻唇沟走行方向设计,蒂宽1.5cm,长度根据缺损范围确定,长宽比例不超过3∶1。结果12例皮瓣全部成活,外形恢复满意,皮瓣质地、色泽均与周围皮肤接近,触痛觉及温度觉存在。鼻唇沟瓣取材方便,供区瘢痕隐蔽,畸形不明显。结论鼻唇沟皮瓣是鼻唇缺损修复的理想方法之一。

Objective To study a method of repairing defects of the nose and llp and evaluate the clinical application of nasolabial sulcus flaps. Methods A nasolabial sulcus flap was used to repair defects of the nose and lip in 12 cases. Included were defects of the nasal dorsum, nose tip, nasal ala, nasal sulcus, upper lip, lower llp and so on. The flap was designed along the direction of the nasolabial sulcus, and the width of its pedicel was 1.5 cm. The pedical length was determined by the area of the defect, but the proportion of length to width was not more than 3 ： 1. The largest defective area was 3.5 cm×4.5 cm. Results All the nasolabial sulcus flaps survived in all 12 cases. All patients were satisfied with the postoperative natural appearance and color, tactile sensation, algesthesia and thermesthesia. Using flaps from the nasolabial sulcus was surgically convenient. The scar in donor site was concealed and no abnormality was formed. Conclusion These data confirmed that use of a nasolabial sulcus flap is one of the ideal methods for repair of defects of the nose and lip.
