摘要
制备了熔盐电解TiO2制备海绵钛过程中所需的TiO2电极,实验结果表明:在电极制备过程中,各组分质量比量分别为TiO2(锐钛型):聚乙烯醇:H2O=100:5~8:8~10,成型过程中压力控制范围为10~15MPa,烧结温度在900~1300℃之间,烧结时间为4~16h。对TiO2电极质量测试结果表明,按上述工艺制备的电极完全能够满足电解过程的需要。
The TiO2 electrodes for Preparing Spongy Titanium Metal in Melting CaCl2 System were prepared. The results show that the proportion by mass of components for TiO2 electrodes is anatase TiO2 :PVA:H2O = 100:5 -8:8 ~ 10,the press in molding process should be controlled between 5 to15 MPa, the sinterlng -temperature should be controlled between 900 to 1300℃ ,and the sintering - time should be controlled between 4 to 16 hours. The results also show the TiO2 electrodes prepared by above technics can satisfied the needs of Electrolysis Process completely.
