摘要
介绍了1种外翻式塑机移模机构,该机构由2组曲柄滑块机构串接而成,在工作时连杆外翻,克服了内翻式移模机构内部空间小的缺点,能在油缸较小的行程内获得大的移模行程,并具有力的放大作用。文中分析了机构的结构原理和尺度关系,给出了驱动力的计算公式和自锁条件。
This paper introduces a new clamping mechanism with out-transfer mode for plastic jetting-moulding machine. The mechanism is composed of two groups of slider-crank mechanism in series. It has the characteristic of out-transfer mode when linkages working, overcoming less inner space of in-transfer mode clamping mechanism, and has longer clamping stroke and force amplifying function within shorter piston travel of hydraulic cylinder. The principle of construction, relation of its dimension, calculating formula of driving force and self-hold condition are given in this paper.
